The idea started one day when my friend ask if I knew anyone that picks up appliances. He didn't want to take the appliance to the dump. At some point he did find a scrap metal company to come out and remove it. The appliance was not that old and seemed to be in great condition. The range needed a control board, and at the time it cost around $169.00. The scrap company just took the range and smashed it up, what a waste.
I did some research and decided to give it a try. Now not only is there a place that picks up your dead appliance we will pay you cash. Most parts on the newer units we try and salvage the usable parts, and every thing else is properly recycled.
